Can't open a file after upgrading Publisher to the last beta

After upgrading Publisher to the last beta can't open a file create with the previous version.

It opens fine for me using 2.1.0.1714 on Windows. Of course, it's missing some linked resources, and some fonts, which sometimes helps.

What happens with your system when you try?

Well, when I tried to open the file, publisher indicates: 1 file is loading... for eleven hours! I had to recreate the file using a pdf file after a while and use the new file. The new file created with the last version of publisher open with no issues after a few seconds. That's the way I solve the problem, but I uploaded the file in order to find any answer of what's happening  with this particular file

Thanks for your answer. By the way I'm using macOS Monterey

You might try loading it again, but first rename the folder containing your Linked resources, so they are missing. If that works, it helps us figure out the issue, and also gives you a start on a workaround if it happens again.
