Node Tool not working!

Hello, 

The node Tool is not working. I cannot select nodes directly nor by marquee. I tried on a new simple document with a rectangle as an object.  have seen this has been reported. When is a fix expected? This is a critical function.

Did it work after you converted the rectangle shape into a curve?

If it's the red "nodes" (red handles) you are looking for, there are no "nodes" on a basic Rectangle for the Node Tool to interact with

Try it on a Rounded Rectangle and it will work
