Probably you should uninstall the MSIX version. I've seen it numerous times, and it's similar to the right-click menu for Open With, or right-click on a file, select properties, then in that dialog select to change the app used to open it. @Prothom Uzzaman, What happens if you launch Designer, use the File>Open menu, navigate to and select that file?
