From the order number you gave, it looks like you ordered from Microsoft. The V1 Microsoft versions have been removed from the Store, but if you've bought them previously they'll still be within your applications and you can still access them from your account. These Avanquest versions of PagePlus X9 were German language builds of the software available produced and sold exclusively by Avanquest. Support on these Avanquest builds was always handled directly by them. While we no longer support any of our Legacy programs ourselves, I do not know whether or not that is also true for Avanquest, so as you suggested in your first post, it may be worth contacting them to see if they can help.
