Hi,

I am running A-Publisher V2  and getting an error message when exporting the document as a PDF.

The document in question is 11 pages in length and each page measures 16 inches x 20 inches.

Six of the pages are filled with rasterized images and text occupies the remaining 5 pages.

The first two options for exporting ,(For print) and  (press ready) work fine.

But attempting to export the file as a PDF (digital small size)  or (digital -high quality) or (for Export) or (Flatten

all fail and generate the same error message.. see below.

I don't know anything about the  PDF/X versions... so never use them.. What are these three "X" versions used for?

Thanks for your help!

The chances are good that you have an error in one or more hyperlinks. The PDF export presets intended for printing turn off hyperlinks for the exported file. The others don't.

Thank you so much Walt.farrell,

You really know your software!  Yes the hyperlinks were the issue, indeed!

I was using a template with hyperlinks  and all I did was refresh the hyperlinks and that did the trick... I can now export a PDF in flatten mode, yea!

It was exactly the same link , as I matched the two hyperlinks.. so all I did was delete the "older  link" in the template and paste the "new but same

hyperlink" and now it works.

Thanks again Walt, you made my day!
