Export as PDF exports all pages as individual PDFs.

Are you sure you're in Publisher? What you're describing would be the correct result if you were in Designer, and using the Export Persona rather than using Export from the File (3-bar) menu.

In any case, I just exported a several page project from Publisher 2 on my iPad and got a single PDF with all the pages.

Yes, I'm 100 % sure, and I was recording a video, but something interesting happened. The first time my personal data showed up on iPad, I had to re-record it.

And the second time, he saved the standard PDF with all the pages as expected.

While recording the second video I was bored and opened "Area - All Pages" and compatibility "PDF 1.7 (Acrobat 8)" rollovers. However, I didn't change anything in them and chose the same options. Don't know if it helps.

Also, the second file was smaller. The first one was 5.05 MB, and the second was 4.61 MB.

I now wonder what that was and how to recreate it.

Hi @elguapo,

Thanks for your report!

I've been unable to replicate this behaviour here when using Area - All Spreads, as this exports 'facing pages' as 1 page in the PDF.
When exporting using Area - All Pages, the PDF file shows each page from Publisher as a separate page, regardless of if 'facing pages' used in Publisher, which is expected behaviour.

If you're able to recreate the issue reported, please do let us know - preferably providing a screen recording or steps used to replicate this workflow.

Many thanks in advance :)

Please note -

I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time.

Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible.

Many thanks!
