Artboard or workspace is only partially displayed

The artboard is only partially displayed.
But only if a new document was created and no other was open.
However, objects are displayed.

Hallo Hangman, I try to upload some pics. but it doesn't want to work:

"Sorry, an unknown server error occurred when uploading this file. Error code: -200"

@solaris, do you see more or less of the artboard when you zoom in or zoom out or is there no change... could you perhaps upload a sample Designer file exhibiting this issue so we can take a closer look?

Hi solaris,

Would you also be able to attach some information about your Mac, what OS version you are using, what your screen/monitor setup is and what scaling options you are using please? I suspect it could be related to that.

This is happend only with new documents

Macmini m1 / 4K resolution / ventura 13.2

Hi Solaris, are you able to give us some more information on your monitor set up please?

How many monitors are you using?
How are they connected to the Mac Mini?
What are the scaling options you're using in System Settings?
What is the make and model of them?
