Brush Overlay

we could have a brush overlay option to not keep cutting like this in the repeat mode, 
but keep the repetition dry also for using objects and also for blending but in the brushes of the AF Designer

What exactly do you mean? The gap between the repetition end and the beginning of the next one?

I thought this is really an issue with the configuration of the selected | used brush. Try adjusting the Head offsets in the brush editor to achieve a better result.
The 'Vector Brush' is a bit limited in this respect but you can easily adjust the result.

If you really want the brush to blend on the ends or along the edges you can create your own brush with an 'extended' .PNG and apply a transparency effect towards the required edges.
