Is it possible to export keyboard shortcuts and general user setup to new computer?

 

I've got a new computer and want to keep my keyboard shortcuts and other user preference type things.

There are Load and Save buttons in Preferences > Shortcuts for your keyboard shortcuts. Moving studio panel setups between computers is considerably more complex.

Shortcuts: yes, from the Shortcuts part of the Preferences dialog.

General user setup: some of it, yes. Some no, except by grabbing all the user support files and copying them over.

How that is done depends on your OS, whether you're running V1 or V2, and perhaps which Store you downloaded the apps from. We can provide more info if given those details.

In part because different computers may have different screen sizes so what would work on a larger screen may not on a smaller one.
