When attempting to import brushes in Photo v2, I get a "not responding" error and a white screen. This also happens when trying to delete a brush category. I have hardware acceleration turned off. It is not just happening with one set of brushes but with any brushes I try to import. I have to close the program and restart to clear the white screen. Win 11 desktop

What hardware are you using? Are all drivers and Windows up to date?

If you have a lot of brushes installed, you may need to wait awhile. I've had it take 5 minutes, I think. There can be a lot of data to read, and rewrite, in the .propcol files. Just leave it alone, and let it churn. 

You can also look in Task Manager and see that it's still using CPU, and doing I/O.
