  1. Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1195G7 @ 2.90GHz 2.92 GHz Installed RAM 15.6 GB System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Pen and touch Pen and touch support with 10 touch points
  2. When attempting to import brushes in Photo v2, I get a "not responding" error and a white screen. This also happens when trying to delete a brush category. I have hardware acceleration turned off. It is not just happening with one set of brushes but with any brushes I try to import. I have to close the program and restart to clear the white screen. Win 11 desktop
  3. I have the windows versions. Why would they have been included with the IOS updates and not the windows updates?
  4. I'm using Designer. As you can see, the brush packs do not exsist in My Account. I tried re-sync library with no change.
  5. I am missing brush packs that were part of Affinity updates. I puchased the full version of all three programs about a year and a half ago and have the option checked to install all new content. I do not see them in the installed packs listed in my account. Is there a way to get these brush packs? Artisa and Vector Shader Brushes are the two I know I am missing.
