Of course, with the MSIX-based installers you should not be able to point to Photo.exe as the folder it's in is intended (by Windows) to be hidden from you. If the app you're configuring lets you enter a command, not just a path, try the simple form: AffinityPhoto2 I would try it first without the %1. (Assuming the method you used for the install didn't break the execution aliases that the installation process should provide.)
