Picture Frame Preset handling bugs

Hi there!

I came across this picture frame presets bug recently and thought you might be able to help with it.

I made a video capture which demonstrates the issue as I thought it would help illustrate the problem better than me just talking about it.

Thanks for this information, I've tested this and confirmed it has inconstant behaviour across OSX and Windows and have reported this issue.
