Copying a picture to a layer colour and vibrance issue

I wanted to copy a picture and just put it on a white background however the colours fade and more green hue appears. I tried multiple times and restart the program. But the issue persist. If you copy a layer and apply to a new one with white background , the vibrance or colours just fades.

Please help tet.thumb.jpg.07ad5073a1b33a93be8ae9e5ee835b2c.jpg

Wait , can someone tell me if these two pictures look the same or not ?

Nope, one is more zoomed in than the other

The key word here is apply. Apply how?

Are you wanting the blue sky and the white clouds to be removed? You'll have to select the blue sky and the white clouds, or just "Brenda" and either cut the sky out (AKA delete) or copy paste her. This will need to be done on a pixel layer, not an Image layer.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
