Ron P. Posted January 3, 2023 Share Posted January 3, 2023 Where did you purchase, MS store or Serif's store? You do have an account on the Serif store? Log into that account and your purchase should be displayed there. Look for the V2 Licenses and Downloads. Click on it, the next screen will show the License type, and have a button View License, click on it. The next screen will show which app you have purchased licenses for, and a button to download them. What I'm getting at you may need to uninstall AP, download it from the web store and reinstall it.
