And are you sure you're using the email and password for the Affinity Store account, not the Affinity forums? At what point in the process does this occur? Is it during Activation of the license, or sometime after that? After “thank you for your purchase” I clicked on “Existing costumer sign in”, I typed in my email and password and it just stuck there. I've since spoken with another customer who had a similar issue and we was able to get around the issue by turning off Wifi, launching the app and once launched the issue went away - you can then turn Wifi back on. agusugian 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
