I can’t login to affinity account

What error message do you get?

And are you sure you're using the email and password for the Affinity Store account, not the Affinity forums?

At what point in the process does this occur? Is it during Activation of the license, or sometime after that?

No error Messages.

After “thank you for your purchase” I clicked on “Existing costumer sign in”, I typed in my email and password and it just stuck there. 

And yes I’m sure the email and password is correct as I logged in to Designer 2 with the same account

I've since spoken with another customer who had a similar issue and we was able to get around the issue by turning off Wifi, launching the app and once launched the issue went away - you can then turn Wifi back on.
