Welcome to the forums :)

Not sure what's going on. Looks like you're on Win10. Did AP2.0.03 allow you to save those files in that folder, or was that AP 2 the initial release?

The error message appears to be a System Security/Permissions issue.

Fail to Save

To go back to V2, you need to uninstall your current version, then reinstall version 2.0. You did keep the MSIX installer for 2.0? Did you purchase/download from Serif's store, or MS? If you didn't keep the installer, and you purchased and downloaded from Serif, log into your account and you should be able to download it from there.

That error could possibly be due to Windows Controlled Folder Access settings. Or possibly to a problem with the configuration of a cloud service like Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.

Yes I`m using windows 10, as I stated in the original post.

No, the the pics in the folder were saved using the original v2 release.

No, I did not save the original installation file of V2, which is why I asked how to roll it back since I could not find it anywhere in my account folders, only have access to the non-functioning V2.0.3.

So someone at Serif needs to either send me a link to the original installer file or put a copy in my account so I can get back to editing photos.

As to the google drive or dropbox post - I do not use either!!!
