Tobias Kern
Hi, I use Publisher 2.03 and loaded a ton of PDF with transparency background. I want to have a fill in the background but it wont work, same for pictures with transparency parts. Also no fillings work there. Maybe I'll be done something wrong. Greetings Tobi

I want to have a fill in the background For example: create a blank rectangle of the same size as the placed PDF (use snapping for easy creation) move the PDF as a child of the rectangle, i.e. clip the PDF with the rectangle add a fill to the parent rectangle With Lock Children off, the child will resize with the parent rectangle. walt.farrell
Picture Frames might be easier, though. Do you have a specific reason for suggesting a Rectangle shape instead, @loukash? loukash
Picture frames are OK, too. Tobias Kern
Hey, thnx guys! I'm relative new with Affinity (former InDesign user), I have to learn a lot. I helped myself with editing the PDF and draw a white background direct in the PDF itself. I would like to have an automatic option in Affinity to give transparent PDF's a background to save time. Greetings from Germany and Merry Christmas. Tobi
