Unable to install V2 Beta, Installation V2 Beta nicht möglich

Ich möchte die Beta Version von V2 installieren, aber mein kennwort, das in meinem Konto gespeichert ist, wird nicht akzeptiert. Auch zwei Versuche, das Kennwort zurückzusetzen waren erfolglos.
Bei Installation der originalen V2-Version brauchte ich kein Kenn- oder Passwort einzugeben. Was kann ich tun?

First, make sure you're providing your Affinity Store email and password, not your Affinity forum username/email and password.

Next: Have you purchased Photo 2, or are you running the Trial. If you have not purchased it the application, you cannot use the beta.
