Hi, i tested this with a montage. Same broken result as in v2.0.0. I used the Font "Book Antiqua" bold for the artistic text.

Hardware: Windows 11 Pro (24H2, build 26100.3775, Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.66.0), Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900K, 24 Core@3.20 GHz, 128 GB RAM, NVIDIA RTX A4000 (16GB VRAM, driver 551.61), 1TB + 2TB SSD. 1 Display set to native 2560 x 1440.
Software: Affinity v1 - Designer/Publisher/Photo (1.10.6.1665), Affinity v2 (universal license) - Designer/Publisher/Photo, v2 betas.

Thanks for your report and our sincerest apologies for the delayed response here. We are exceptionally busy following the release of V2 and we thank you for your continued patience and understanding here.

I can confirm our team are still aware of Boolean issues with Text objects converted to curves, which is logged with our developers as a bug.

I'll be sure to 'bump' this report with your thread and font now, many thanks once again :)

The issue "Boolean Operation fails on text converted to curves" (REF: AFD-6172) has been fixed/improved by the developers in internal build 2.1.0.1709
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
If you still experience this problem once you are using that build version (or later) please reply to this thread including @Serif Info Bot to notify us.
