Suggestion: try turning Hardware Acceleration off

Hi The Shark,

Are you able to attach a video showing the problems you're getting please, and if possible could you attach a couple that demonstrates this issue as well please. Is this an issue for you using 2.0.0 or is it new to 2.0.3?

Hi The Shark,

Could you attach a copy of the original documents shown please and also could you create a package from them and zip them up and attach those as well please? Are they documents created in V2, or are they V1 documents? If V1 have they ever been saved in V2?

If you package them up, do they open correctly after packaging?
