adjusting scale in printing doesn't respons

Hi There,

if a try tot scale an image in the printing menu, layout-menu, the image does not scaling in the preview window. See Enclosed screen dump

 

 

what is happening here? Someone any suggestions?

You have to press Enter after writing the value in the input field.

Thanks for the fast reply. i was used Photoshop. And yes your right, this will do the trick, i had noticed this! But, the only thing that on the downsite for using ENTER is that printing starts immediately. And this is not what i want. First i like to change the percentage and than, if the result is good on the screen, then printing. Now it costs extra paper. sadly.

Currently I don't have a printer connected to my system to test this myself now, but if you try to press Tab instead of Enter after inserting the number does it update the preview without printing immediately (better remove the paper from the printer just in case...)?

instead of using the tab key, you can also click on another field: the effect is, again, moving the focus from the field you just typed in to another one, and this should force the update.
