dizeyner Posted January 26, 2016 Share Posted January 26, 2016 Using Affinity designer...and wondering where there might be basic filter effects like overlay, screen, or multiply for example. I might be imagining things but I defo thought the app had these things but I cant find them. I suspect its just that Im so used to adobe products that its just not where I am used to finding it. and maybe its right in front of my face? crabtrem Posted January 27, 2016 Share Posted January 27, 2016 The easiest place is to look at your layers panel, which in my opinion should always be the main panel you look at constantly. At the top under the layers tab you will see opacity, and to the right a drop down menu with normal at the top. These blend layers will provide you live feedback to its results. Blend layers can be found in many other places, and used in conjunction with other effects, adjustments, and filters too. But for the start, the main area is there at the top of your layers panel.
