Staff Chris B Posted November 16, 2022 Staff Share Posted November 16, 2022 Hey Ivan Ćosić, Can you please share the raw file with us? Without the file to investigate there's not a lot I can advise you on. If it's personal, you can try changing the raw engine in Preferences > Assistant from Serif Labs to Apple (Core Image RAW) and see if that helps. Staff Chris B Posted November 22, 2022 Staff Share Posted November 22, 2022 Thanks for the file. I get the following results: iPadOS - opens the file black macOS - opens the file black Windows - fails to open at all and warns it is not supported Photoshop - opens the file without issue I will need to get this logged with the developers. It is on the supported camera list so I'm not entirely sure why it isn't opening correctly.
