Hey Ivan Ćosić,

Can you please share the raw file with us? Without the file to investigate there's not a lot I can advise you on. If it's personal, you can try changing the raw engine in Preferences > Assistant from Serif Labs to Apple (Core Image RAW) and see if that helps.

If it doesn't attach to the forum, you can upload it to our Serif Dropbox account:

Please @ me once you've done it so I get the notification and Dropbox doesn't let me know - thanks!

Thanks for the file. I get the following results:

iPadOS - opens the file black

macOS - opens the file black

Windows - fails to open at all and warns it is not supported

Photoshop - opens the file without issue

I will need to get this logged with the developers. It is on the supported camera list so I'm not entirely sure why it isn't opening correctly.

The issue "Failing to open .ARW file from ILCE-7M4 (A7-IV)" (REF: AF-1670) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.4.0.2290".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
If you still experience this problem once you are using that build version (or later) please reply to this thread including @Serif Info Bot to notify us.
