Apple charged my credit card twice and includes a message that I would be unable to get refund if I downloaded the file. I'm still unable to use outside of the trial versions. It seems that Serif is NOT LISTENING or taking this issue for granted. SteveIOW Posted November 20, 2022 Posted November 20, 2022 I’ve requested a refund from Apple, I brought the licence from them and they have failed to provide the service I have paid for so as far as I’m concerned they have breached the contract. If they refuse the refund I’ll get the credit card company to claw it back. Being the customer the law is on your side. Quote

Linhua Wu Posted November 25, 2022 Posted November 25, 2022 Two weeks ago, through Appstore, I purchased twice. The first one failed, and refund. Yesterday, I was forced to reactivate. Nightmare is coming. I checked my account, I do have universal license of V2. So, I deleted affinity V2 three apps, reinstall from what provide inside website's account download linkage. I got trial license. I deleted apps, and download apps from Appstore cloud, each time, only one app of three activated automatically. For other two, no way to activate, or trial license after deactivate device & login. Begin 30-days trial again. Congratulations, you have more copies of trial! Quote
