All these problems that people are experiencing are not doing Affinity’s reputation any good at all which is a real shame because the software is fantastic. If they fixed the problem or at least answered peoples concerns it would help. Such a shambles, it’s a real shame
UPDATE: Apple are/have refunded me for my purchase. I tried making the purchase on their website using PayPal and although I got as far as authorising the payment in the card app the payment still isn't showing up. Ive now reached the point where I cant be dealing with all this stress anymore. Time to call it a day with Affinity I think.
FURTHER UPDATE: I enjoyed using Affinity so much that I thought I’d give it one more try.. I tried using PayPal cos that seems to be the only way to use a Mastercard, this time I used my Mac instead of my phone or iPad and the purchase went through ok this time.. so I’ve collected all the toys I threw out of my pram and am chilled again.. my love of Affinity has been restored XX
