VectorCat
It is very unclear to me how this upgrade path works. the License for the Desktop apps was denied, and I'm not wild about trying for iPad in the app store and risking another charge. Is there a solution? Thank you
walt.farrell
It's not clear what your status is right now. You say you've download V2 Universal for Mac, but also say the "license was denied". I think you should get that worked out before proceeding with iPad. And that will take more information. Where did you download from? Where did you make the purchase? What, exactly, happened (exact error messages)? walt.farrell
Also, I see you have at least 1 more thread. VectorCat
I don’t need to “work anything out,” sir I need serif to provide me with a working license key. cheers
walt.farrell
3 minutes ago, VectorCat said: I need serif to provide me with a working license key. Fair enough. But there are no "license keys" as far as I know. You either: Purchase from the Affinity Store, and the license is in your Store account, and you sign-in to that account the first time when starting the app. or You purchase from Microsoft or Apple, and it is in your account in their Store. And when you run the App you purchased (or purchased from) the app recognizes that you have purchased it, and the app then offers to register the purchase into your Affinity Store account.
