RalphHA5 Posted November 9, 2022 Posted November 9, 2022 I have just downloaded the software and am trying to save an .afphoto as .jpeg. In Export I am only offered .png other file types do not appear. I tried flattening layers. Thanks Quote
John Rostron Posted November 9, 2022 Posted November 9, 2022 Hello @RalphHA5, and welcome to the forums. On my PC, under Export, the file type is now in a drop-down list at the top. The default is PNG, but others appear when you click on the down-arrow. John Quote Windows 11, Affinity Photo 2.4.2 Designer 2.4.2 and Publisher 2.4.2 (mainly Photo). RalphHA5 Posted November 9, 2022 Author Posted November 9, 2022 A friend resolved the issue thanks. Quote
GarryP Posted November 10, 2022 Posted November 10, 2022 And for anyone else who encounters the same problem, how was the issue resolved? Quote
RalphHA5 Posted November 10, 2022 Author Posted November 10, 2022 As you press me I will admit that I was the problem. I was looking at the sections headed File Settings and Advanced and did not spot that there was another selector above with no label. I could blame the designers but I should as photographer know I ought to look around the edges of the ‘viewfinder’! GarryP 1 Quote
