Cycling through presets in develop persona does not apply the presets

This is about the presets you can create for the develop persona, for example the "basic", "lens" or "details" panels.

The problem here is, that if you want to switch presets by hovering over the area and scrollin the mouse wheel, it will only show the new preset name, but not apply the settings of those presets. Clicking on the dropdown, and selecting a preset with a nother mouse click works fine however.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or more of an improvement. It depends how the developers intended it to work. However, it would be my preference to have it change as you scroll—similar to how Blend Modes/Text pt size etc. would change.

*Note* this seems to be more of a Windows thing as macOS doesn't do any of those dropdown fields.

Oh, i was not aware that this is a windows feature. I've always scrolled through layer blending styles this way and assumed it was meant to work that way everywhere.
