Squaredancer Posted October 3, 2022 Posted October 3, 2022 Sorry, but I couldn't find a 'search' on you FAQs and couldn't search over 2500 pages to see if this had been addressed before ! I produce a 32 page A5 magazine which is sent out by email. I would like to print this out on 8 sheets of double sided A4 paper. Is there a way that Publisher can move each sheet to it's required place for printing (page 1 and page 32 need to go together, with pages 31 and 2 on the reverse) or do I have to continue moving each page individually to it's required place ? Old Bruce Posted October 3, 2022 Posted October 3, 2022 Do a search here on the forums for the term "imposition" and or "n up printing" "booklet printing". I should warn you in advance that imposing is a non trivial task. You willl have to make a new document, with single pages, and then place each page side by side, even number on the Left always. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
PaulEC Posted October 3, 2022 Posted October 3, 2022 Cant you just print it as a booklet? (Using a virtual PDF printer if you want a PDF file for people to print themselves.) That way the imposition is done for you. Squaredancer Posted January 14, 2023 Author Posted January 14, 2023 Sorry for the long delay - I have been off line for a while. Thanks for the reply. That doesn't seem to be any easier than the way I'm doing it at the moment, but thanks for the help Quote
