Wisedred Posted August 20, 2022 Posted August 20, 2022 Hello, I've been using all three apps for maybe 1 year or 2 now and this morning I've been struck by this warning. Quote L'ID de périphérique de la licence CLiP ne correspond pas à l'ID de périphérique dans la licence de périphérique lié. More or less Quote The CLiP's license peripheral ID does not match the peripheral ID of the linked license's peripheral. Apart from the fact that I have no idea of what it means, it keeps me from opening all three apps and uninstalling and reinstalling them doesn't change a thing. I've tried signing in my Microsoft account online, logging out and then signing in but it doesn't work either. Thanks for the help! Nina. Quote
Staff NathanC Posted August 20, 2022 Staff Posted August 20, 2022 Hi @Wisedredwelcome to the forums, From looking this problem up it appears that this is an issue with the Microsoft Store/Windows rather than Affinity Photo itself. The solutions generally appear to vary quite greatly from user to user but it does appear that logging in and out of your Microsoft account may resolve this according to some users on different forums. If this doesn't work, I would suggest getting in contact with Microsoft support. 🙂 Wisedred 1 Quote
