That usually means that you purchased from Apple (Mac App Store), or from Microsoft (Microsoft Store), not from Serif directly. And in those cases, you must download from the other store you used for your purchase. Dan C Posted June 22, 2022 Posted June 22, 2022 @PascalMou, Welcome to the Affinity Forums I've checked the Affinity account under your forum email address and I can see you've registered a purchase from the Mac App Store previously, so you will need to download and install the app from there, rather than the Affinity Store website, as Walt has mentioned above.
