No-Keyboard Hide/Show of studios

I am working with Affinity Photo on a so-called "convertable". This means: While I am working, the keyboard is inactive.

As the touch screen is rather small, I like to use as much of it as possible for pure drawing space.

So I am used to press TAB a lot -- but without keyboard, there is no TAB.

Is there a non-TAB way to do what TAB does on keyboard-less computers?

View > Toggle UI will perform the same action as the TAB key shortcut. I hope this helps!

I am pressing TAB like five to ten times a minute. So no, this does not help much, unless there is a button on screen that perfroms this menu item. Klicking down two menu levels multiple times per minute is breaking the flow. Can I get a button doing that same functionality?

Thanks for letting me know - unfortunately there's no option to add this as a UI button currently, my apologies.

Under Edit > Preferences > Keyboard Shortcuts you can change the shortcut used for this menu option, however this would still require the use of a keyboard.

I'll move this thread to the feedback section of the forums for our devs to see and consider adding this as a button on the UI in the future

Not at all familiar with these things, the cars yes, computers no. Are there any on screen areas in the convertible that can be used to send keyboard shortcut commands? How do you save or undo an action?
