GarryP Posted June 13, 2022 Posted June 13, 2022 I managed to get something fairly quickly by: Add a Rectangle layer; Add a Procedural Texture Live Filter to the rectangle – Waves, swap rx and ry, set a to max; Rasterise the rectangle; Add a Motion Blur Live Filter to the rectangle – high radius; Rasterise the rectangle again; Put the rectangle below the Pixel layer; Add Displacement Map Live Filter to the Pixel layer – load map from layer beneath and use medium strength. As you can see by the attached image, it’s not quite the same as the original example but something like it could possibly be used. Quote
