I have been using Affinity Photo, Publisher, and Designer on my Windows PC but am switching to Apple Mac mini.

I downloaded and installed the programs on to my Mac Mini using my existing Product Keys and noticed that I seem to have a 90 day trial instead of permanent use.

I would be pleased if you would clarify this for me and confirm that I do not have to pay twice for the same programs.

Many thanks,

Roger Law.

I purchased Affinity Designer a while back and when I was looking at my account it says I have a Trial license...I thought I had a full license but I can't find any additional info or my License in my account. Any help much appreciated

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, @dbreaux.

Some possibilities:

  1. You didn't purchase, and only have a Trial license. However, if the application runs, that's not the case.
  2. You didn't purchase from Serif via the Affinity Store, but from the Microsoft Store (for Windows) or the Mac App Store (for macOS).
  3. You purchased from Serif, but using a different email address, which would have created a different account than the one you checked.

If you don't think that 1 or 2 are correct, you could email affinity@serif.com and they can investigate further.
