1. can you pleace make it easier to switch on and off the guides and grid. none of the key shortcuts cmd; or cmd`works for toggle grid and guides on and off on mac. also, cmd ; and cmd `are not that good of shortcuts combination didgets, they are pretty far from each other.

2. can you pleace make it possible to change colour on the guides, one can change the colour on the grid but not the guides? the glowing blue can sometimes not fit in with the project/colours one is working with.

3. can you pleace make it possible to turn (the same blue coloured supersharp) outline and the bounding box around the layers when they are selected. in trying to colour my layers wthe small changes, some layers witch are really thin. but the blue outline kind of destroys the whole experience of testing different colours. sure, i can hold down the spacebar, then everything is gone, but then i cant use any tools to do any adjustments. this really feels like working with photoshop back in the 90s when there was no preview and you had to make the project a colour and then press ok to se if it worked.

4. an overlook of the grids and guides over all would be nice. last time i opened a project, turned on the grids and started working, the grid was not aligned with the centre of the canvas!? not that it was in the centre of a grid box, no it was a few random mm off. i did not realise this in the beginning and had to reestart the whole project. why on earth is this not centered? who would want their grids and guides a random amount of milimetres to one side?

Why again another post about the same points.

This one is a Feature Request, not a Question.

What keyboard layout and language are you using? The defaults should work with an English keyboard layout. For other languages/layouts you may need to make your own shortcuts.

By default grids start from the upper right corner of the canvas. You can change that by using the Show axis editing handles in the Grid and Snapping Axis dialog box. View > Grid and Axis Manager...341062824_ScreenShot2022-05-08at8_39_38AM.png.b4db3d1f3e94d0aa3a8fc00a6b4c7851.png

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

didn't I say that already?

I am assuming you are replying to Walt's question. I don't recall you mentioning what Language you have for the Keyboard or OS input.

Further I am assuming you are using Mac OS because of your use of the contraction cmd for Command which is an Apple Keyboard modifier key. I don't know for certain, this is the sort of information which is quite useful for those of us who are trying to help you.

The default keyboard shortcuts can be changed by going to Affinity Designer > Preferences... or  Affinity Photo > Preferences... or  Affinity Publisher > Preferences... and navigating to Keyboard Shortcuts.
