Staff Dan C Posted April 6, 2022 Staff Share Posted April 6, 2022 Hi @Pockenfresse, Sorry to hear you're having trouble! This isn't a crash I've seen previously, can you please confirm for me: Are you using the latest update of Windows? (other reports of 'ntdll.dll' online suggest ensuring Windows is fully up to date) Does this happen in one document only, or in any file? You mention this happens with the Pen tool - is this when creating a stroke, or when editing a pre-existing curve? What are your settings under Edit > Preferences > Performance? (a screenshot would be perfect) Can you also please open Windows Run (Windows Key + R) then paste the following string and press OK: %AppData%\Affinity\Designer\1.0\CrashReports\reports In the window that opens, please select the 3 most recently created .DMP files, then upload these to your reply here. Many thanks in advance
