I'm not sure if this is because I'm using a trial version of Affinity but the Resize Document option has no effect on my image.  I've had to create a tiny canvas so I'm having to massively shrink my image to fit within the canvas (10MM x 20MM).  The only way I've been able to do that is to grab the handles and manually resize.  Is this the only way?

1. There is no functional difference between the trail & retail version, other than the trial version only works during the trial period. After that ends, you can purchase the app if you want, & since none of the files you create during the trial period are removed, if you do you can continue to use them with the retail version.

2. Document > Resize Document should resize the image but what you show looks like what might happen if instead by accident you used Document > Resize Canvas instead.
