After upgrading to ver 1.10.5.1342 I noticed that when using the pencil or brush tool with a wacom tablet the cursor will jump back to the start and then back to where the pen is.

if I do the same thing using the mouse it works just fine. I tested in photo and publisher (in designer profile) and it works fine there.

If I draw the lines quick enough it is no problem. If a line takes more than 1 second it does the jump, after it jumps once I can continue the line without problems.

I made a gif to show what is happening.

Hello @gnod and welcome to the forums.

In the Affinity apps, go to Preferences -> Tools and play with the "Tablet Input Method". Maybe Windows Ink is the right setting.

Hi @gnod,

Welcome to the Affinity Forums :)

Please do let us know if the above setting change helps this behaviour - I'd also recommend ensuring that your Wacom drivers are fully up to date, and if you're still having trouble then please provide screenshots of the Wacom settings within this updated driver.

Many thanks in advance!

Windows Ink Fixed it. Thanks Komatos.  Although in paint it works with the other settings selected as well, but I am glad it is working in AD now.
