I have just purchased Affinity Photp. I try to register and it says "We're sorry Something went wrong during registration or sign-in" I have tried this several times even rebooted and same outcome.

The registration error does not only occur with Windows users, it affects Mac and IOS equally; and is, by the way, the top topic in the FAQs.

Most users forget that there is a board search. A simple "Can't register" now offers more than 100 postings with the same "cry for help".

 I wasn't a "user" until I bought Affinity,  of course board searches make sense once you know there is a board.  It's a basic 101 request...if Affinity are, as it appears aware there is an unresolved and ongoing issue not being able to register then tell new purchasers/customers in the upfront comms. I mean I got lots of emails with receipts, codes and thank you's, but not "beware".. its just good customer service.  I don't need to know every issue "I am one for the wisdom of the crowd" but registration is pretty much among the first things you do.

But hey I thank you all for the prompt response and yes please pin it somewhere obvious for first time users. Anyways now to have some fun using.
