safoster71 Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 with the new version anyway, every targa made in cinema 4d opens flipped upside down. But a "flip vertical" fix's it for me, but the other folks in the office are complaining :-) The other problem i discovered as a result of this odd behavior is that affinity will not accept any quicktime player frame that is copied and then attempted to be pasted into a Photo file. This process works in the dreaded photoshop, so i know it isnt yosemite being stupid (which it seems to like to be). There also seems to be a problem with copying a layer from photoshop to photo - any transparency is lost and replaced with white just a fyi :-)
Staff MEB Posted December 11, 2015 Staff Posted December 11, 2015 Hi safoster71, Thanks for your report. The issue with targa files is already known but wasn't fixed yet. I will check the others. A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
Staff Andy Somerfield Posted December 11, 2015 Staff Posted December 11, 2015 I'll look at this - it's weird though, because we have code in there to flip them if required!! It must not be working all the time.. Any chance you can email me a copy of a flipping TGA file - to support@seriflabs.com? I'll check the PS transparent thing too! Thanks, Andy.
Staff MEB Posted December 11, 2015 Staff Posted December 11, 2015 Hi Andy, There's a few files on the bug report too. A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
