Ester Holá
Aplication keeps crushing. Im using iPad 2021 (9. generation), 10'2, 256GB, version iPadOS 15.3.1. (everzthing is up to date). I bought my ipad about month ago, and affinity designer at the same time. Everything was working fine until the day before yesterday. I checked for all updates and also restart iPad several times, nothing have helped and aplications is still crushing down after few seconds of using. AlainP
iPad OS 15.3.1 came out on February 10. And Designer and Photo have not been updated in a while. Does it crash with any file or newly created one, or just with some? Staff Dan C Posted February 21, 2022 Staff Share Posted February 21, 2022 Hi @Ester Holá, Sorry to hear you're having trouble! Can you please try a Force Restart of your iPad, as outlined in the below FAQ? If possible, a screen recording showing this issue may also help us to identify the cause - If you're unsure how to take a screen recording, please check out the following FAQ - As AlainP has requested above, a copy of the file you're currently experiencing these crashes with would also help. Many thanks in advance
