Eraser tool for vector brushes

Hey,

an eraser tool for vector brushes would be great. Just like a pixel brush this would then have a certain width. Each vector brush line will then be cut directly where the eraser hits it and a new point will be created to cut the vector line correctly.

I’d love to see a vector eraser tool. Such a tool was listed on the Affinity Designer Feature Roadmap before it was hidden from public view, indicating that the developers intended to add it during the 1.x development cycle, but we’ve no way of knowing whether their plans have changed.
