PippiL
When I switch from the vector to the raster side in Affinity to use any of the functions, multiple empty layers appear. I can't x them out; they're stuck. I upgraded Affinity, restarted my computer, and then restarted Affinity. Maybe
walt.farrell
You might try, in the Pixel Persona, View > Studio > Reset Studio. Staff Dan C Posted February 10, 2022 Staff Share Posted February 10, 2022 Hi @PippiL, Sorry to see you're having trouble! Please do let me know if the Reset Studio option works correctly - as this isn't an issue I've come across before and it would certainly help to know - in case this issue comes up in the future for another user
PippiL
Sorry for the lack of updates; life has been a little hectic. I reset studio, and as you can see, the layer panel in the pixel persona is all " crazy." It began before the reset in vector perona as well. Staff Dan C Posted March 7, 2022 Staff Share Posted March 7, 2022 No problem at all, I certainly understand & many thanks for the further screenshot! 29 minutes ago, PippiL said: I reset studio, and as you can see, the layer panel in the pixel persona is all " crazy." This is very strange behaviour, the app should only be able to display 1 version of the 'Layers Studio' at any time - so I'm rather confused by this.... I'd like to try a CTRL reset, selecting certain options as to not lose all of your custom Affinity settings. You can reset your app back to its default settings by holding down the CTRL key while launching the app. When the Clear User Data window appears, select the 2 options shown below only and then click Clear. The app will now open. Does this return the Studios to a more expected view?
PippiL
I'm perplexed as well. I'll give it a shot and let you know how it goes. Dan C
