You have to log in with the account data in the stores where you made the purchase. You can simply download the programme there. walt.farrell Posted February 3, 2022 Posted February 3, 2022 If you did purchase directly from Serif, then if you did not see something saying the purchase was successful it is possible it did not complete. When this happens, which is often a sign of a problem with the browser, a browser extension, or the network, it is common for your bank to reserve the funds for a period of time. If this has happened, then when enough time has passed the bank will assume the transaction failed, and release the funds back to you. When someone from the Serif staff is available they may be able to provide additional information.
