When I am using the vector persona, in particular the brush. My software always goes "not responding" after only a few minutes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have installed the drivers again as fresh installs. I have turned the accelerator off. Someone please help. It is really hindering my work for a client. Staff Callum Posted January 24, 2022 Staff Posted January 24, 2022 Hi Nick, Thank you for the crash report I will pass it on to our QA team. If possible could you provide a screenshot of the performance settings found within the apps preferences? This will allow me to investigate this further. Thanks C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.
NickTK2024 Posted January 24, 2022 Author Posted January 24, 2022 @Callum Good afternoon. Please see attached my preferences screenshot. I have tried several differences but again not responding is the always present outcome. Regards Nick Quote

H2O Posted April 11, 2022 Posted April 11, 2022 I am also not able to get Affinity to even open up. Uninstalled and reinstalled, but still nothing. Can't do my work and it seems no one is answering this question. This started happening after the last update. It updated and then stopped responding. Can someone please feed back on this. It seems there is a conflict with windows. Quote

H2O Posted April 11, 2022 Posted April 11, 2022 None of these apply. Black screen with "affinity not responding". No error messages, either stops working, then I have to restart my pc and hope it will start up again, or reinstall, which doesn't work anyway. The only third party on that list is Microsoft and they do tend to crash many systems often. Quote
