mbettosai Posted November 30, 2021 Posted November 30, 2021 hi guys, I got an issue with my account library (or the purchase list in it). see I just bought the add-ons from your store recently. and then when I want to install it automatically via My Account Manager in the software (btw it's the 1.10.4.1198 version), the add-on that I bought isn't detected. And when I tried to Re-sync my library it keeps failing every time. I tried to reinstall the software as I submit this post. hope it will resolve the issue. Quote

It seems that all I have to do was signing out and back in again (from the software). The software automatically detected the item that I've bought from Affinity store.
