  1. Thank you for the reply, Walt. That's it! I have resolved it. It seems that all I have to do was signing out and back in again (from the software). The software automatically detected the item that I've bought from Affinity store. You were right on the money there, Walt. Thanks for your reply again.
  2. hi guys, I got an issue with my account library (or the purchase list in it). see I just bought the add-ons from your store recently. and then when I want to install it automatically via My Account Manager in the software (btw it's the 1.10.4.1198 version), the add-on that I bought isn't detected. And when I tried to Re-sync my library it keeps failing every time. I tried to reinstall the software as I submit this post. hope it will resolve the issue.
