I usually use the develop persona to finish off my image composition and “spice it up.” I realized that there were no presets for the develop persona, so I decided to apply the same adjustments/filters to my image in the photo persona. They don’t have the same effect, though. Why?

Hi Seth, can you post some samples to highlight the differences in effect you are seeing?

The below image is from the live filter.

I also noticed a deference between the other adjustments to the development effects such as white balance.

The raw image does appear to have a little more constrast/clarity. Be interested to hear what mods have to say.

Hi @Seth Hendrick,

These should both be using the same algorithm and when testing this with a RAW image i have, i'm seeing the same results from the Filter and from using the Slider in the Develop Persona.  Now i am working with just a RAW image and not with a composition, so that could be why i'm not seeing the same results as yourself.  Could you upload your afphoto file to our Dropbox here so i can try this with your file?
