Allaard01
Hi, I am using Affinity Designer (version 1.10.19) on my iPad, 8th generation. Since the update to iOS 15.1 saved files don’t show thumbnails anymore. That is a nuisance because I now only can find them by their filename. Another thing, already longer existing, is the fact that the icon of AD on iCloud has the purple color of AP in stead of the blue of AD. (I don’t think there is a relation.) Does anyone have a solution for this?
Staff Callum Posted November 25, 2021 Staff Share Posted November 25, 2021 Hi Allaard01, Welcome to the forums Regarding your first problem please could you provide a screenshot showing how the files show in file explorer now? The issue with your iCloud icon is one that is known to us but unfortunately there is no fix for this issue over time you should find that iCloud refreshes the icon and corrects itself. Thanks C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.

Staff Callum Posted November 25, 2021 Staff Share Posted November 25, 2021 Hi Allaard01, Just to clarify are these files stored locally on the iPad or on a cloud drive? Allaard01
@Calllum The images are stored in iCloud. I experimented to store some files on the iPad with the same result. No thumbnails.
Cealcrest
I also have this problem, but with Mac desktop. In the screenshot, you can see a couple of older files with preview thumbnails and then two newer files with generic AD thumbnails. Is there a setting I need to change? Or does anyone know if this has been reported as a bug? UPDATE I restarted my computer and now all my AD, APub, and APh files have preview thumbnails.
